I know how difficult it can be when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, and burnt out.
I am a Board Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with significant experience working with individuals who experience life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, poor self esteem, behavioral issues, and relationship struggles. I have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ and Military individuals, families, and couples.
As a therapist, I am honored to form a deep therapeutic relationship built on trust and safety. I work with you collaboratively because you are the expert of your life and experiences. Helping others has always been a passion and through that has guided me into a career where I am able to help individuals, families, and couples create great change that leads to a more fulfilling and healthy life.
I consider myself a part of a new wave of modern therapists. People who are humans first and therapists second. I promise not to stare awkwardly or turn the question around when you ask me how my weekend was. I get it, you are a real person looking for a real connection. Just because our relationship is therapeutic in nature does not mean it can’t be authentic.

A little about me
I completed my BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, San Diego. I am also a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
In my life outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children and adventuring to new places. I like to sing and am a lover of ALL music. I love a good audio book and have a passion for plants (there is NO SUCH THING as too many plants). I play on a kickball team and love to run. I truly look forward to getting to know you!
